Privacy Policy
Your personal information belongs to you. I do not sell, trade, or in any way divulge my clients' information to outside parties. I respect your privacy, and that's all there is to it.
On Email
On rare occasions, I may contact clients for important announcements about new services available, changes in service terms, etc. If you don't wish to receive these announcements, please let me know. However, you'll most likely find the contacts infrequent and the information useful. (Your email address is also not disclosed to the other recipients of these announcements. )
If you choose not to receive such announcements, you are responsible for reviewing this site for changes in terms of service on your own.
Client Identification
I may display images from clients' sites or other design work for clients as representative of my work, or provide a link to your site for this purpose. If you specifically don't want your site listed identifying you as one of my clients, please notify me and I will respect your wishes.
I do not share information about your ongoing web projects with outside parties.
Legal Requests & Collections
If the situation should ever arise, I retain the right to comply with information requests from law enforcement agencies as appropriate, and/or report harassment to the authorities.
I also reserve the right to divulge contact and other relevant information for collection activity, if necessary.
Website Tracking
I do review information about visitors to this site, what pages are viewed, the length of visits, where visitors come from, etc., but no personally identifiable information is specifically tracked or retained.
